Theresa DeAngelis joined The Clay Studio in March 2021. Often referring to herself as a “nonprofit Swiss Army knife,” Theresa has spent nearly her entire career in the nonprofit arts field. Prior to her role at The Clay Studio, she worked at the National Museum of American Jewish History, DataArts, and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. Theresa also worked as an Arts & Crafts Director at a summer camp during college, and she has fond memories of how much her campers enjoyed working with clay.
Theresa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Gettysburg College. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Theresa enjoys running, brainstorming elaborate Halloween costumes, and singing karaoke.
