Kari Radasch is The Clay Studio's 2004-2005 Evelyn Shapiro Foundation Fellow. This farewell exhibition highlights work created while working in residence here at The Clay Studio over the last year.
Radasch received her MFA from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln and, for such a young artist, has established herself firmly within the field. She has exhibited her work across the country, including Courses: Soup to Nuts, Watkins Gallery, North Hampton, MA; Pots: Objects of Virtue, Bedford Gallery, Walnut Creek, CA; The Flowers that Bloom in Spring, Santa Fe Clay, Sante Fe, NM; and Schools Out, Cantonsville Community College, Baltimore, MD. In 2004 she received the NCECA Emerging Artist award and her work has been published in Time Out Chicago, Studio Potter, and Pottery Making Illustrated.
