Shipping prices are for orders shipped within the continental United States. All orders are shipped UPS standard ground, and should arrive within 5 business days after being shipped. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require express delivery. For international orders, please call or email for special shipping requirements. Sorry, we are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will arrange a return. Undamaged merchandise can be returned within 14  days for a full refund minus shipping costs. Merchandise returned after 30 days, and before 45 days, can be exchanged for store credit. After 45 days we cannot accept returns. Send the item, securely packed in the original packaging, to:

Damaged Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged, please call us immediately at 215-925-3453 x115 or email Save all boxes and packing materials. We will have UPS return to pick up the merchandise at no charge to you and if at all possible will send out a replacement order.
